Cell Phones

Our belief

During hours of instruction personal use of cell phones is inappropriate.

Actions

1. Cell phones (other than those used by senior management), are not to be turned on during the hours of instruction unless they are being used as an integral part of teaching and learning.
    

2. Where it is important for cell phones to be on during the day they should be left with the Principal's PA.
    

3. Cell phones turned on during the hours of instruction for the intent of personal use should be confiscated using the appropriate policy.
